Christian Viveros122 days ago5-Star Review for Olympia Construction We recently had Olympia Construction build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property in Calabasas, CA, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, they exceeded every expectation. Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the project. They took the time to fully understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the design and functionality, and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent — we always knew exactly what was happening and when. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The ADU was built with care and precision, using high-quality materials, and everything from the framing and finishes to the electrical, plumbing, and roofing was done to the highest standard. It looks beautiful and integrates seamlessly with my existing home. They also managed the permitting process smoothly and stayed on schedule, which is no small feat in California. I felt confident knowing they truly cared about delivering a great result. If you’re considering an ADU build (or any construction project) in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Olympia Construction. They’re trustworthy, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I’m already looking forward to working with them again on future projects! Thank you, Olympia Construction team — you did an amazing job! 👍 Christian And Mila Viveros, Calabasas, CA+5Posted on Google
Sapir Adani158 days agoWe recently completed a full home remodel in Sherman Oaks with Olympia Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence. From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about Ryan—he’s professional, honest, and easy to work with. That positive energy continued throughout the entire project. This was a true full home remodel: wall removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical rewiring, insulation, and more. Everything was clearly documented upfront, and the project followed the contract exactly. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, which is something we were especially cautious about after hearing stories from friends. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt genuinely thankful for the experience and the results. Olympia Construction delivered exactly what they promised. Highly recommended!Posted on Google

Freddy Brambila176 days agoWe had an excellent experience with Olympia Construction on our home expansion in Woodland Hills. They enlarged our living room and master bedroom, and the results completely transformed our home. The new living room extension with wood flooring and large windows brings in so much natural light — it feels bright, open, and incredibly comfortable. It honestly feels like we moved into a brand-new house. The Olympia team also helped us with material selection and handled all the custom carpentry, including a TV unit, built-in bookshelf, and integrated lighting design, which turned out beautifully. The entire project (about 500 sq ft) was completed in just 3 months, while other contractors estimated at least 5 months or more. The speed, quality, and attention to detail were impressive. We are extremely happy with the results and very glad we chose Olympia Construction. Thank you, Ryan and the team.Posted on Google

Dana Basov240 days agoWe were referred to Olympia Construction by our neighbor here in Encino after they completed their kitchen remodeling and had a great experience. We contacted Olympia along with two other companies and also reviewed their online profile before deciding. Our kitchen remodeling project turned out exactly as planned. The modern European-style kitchen with a two-tone, handle-free design matches the original 3D design perfectly. The team planned everything carefully, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC vents, and appliance installation. The work passed the city inspection without any corrections. For anyone considering kitchen remodeling in Encino or nearby Sherman Oaks, Olympia Construction is professional, organized, and delivers excellent results. Stena projects349 days agoBefore even talking about him as a contractor, I have to say that Ryan is an extraordinary human being. He is someone who always stands by his word, genuinely trustworthy, and has a sense of morals and values that is so rare these days. Our project was incredibly challenging from the very beginning, a super luxury 6,000 sq. ft. custom home and ADU with a pool building from scratch , in Pasadena, filled with custom finishes and materials imported from Italy. It was a dream, but also complex and demanding. From start to finish, Ryan totally shined. He tackled every obstacle with patience, intelligence, and a level of dedication that is truly inspiring. He’s not afraid to push himself, share his knowledge, and go above and beyond for the project. The way he handled every detail, from planning to execution made the whole process feel smooth and exciting, even when things were complicated. It’s honestly so rare to find someone in construction with this combination of skill, integrity, and heart. He made our vision come to life in a way we could have never imagined, and I feel so lucky to have worked with him. I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough, he’s the kind of person and contractor you want on any project, no matter how big, small, or challenging. By the way , we sold our house later( cause we had to move) and we broke record per sqft.+33Posted on Google

Eden Lasri604 days agoI recently hired Olympia Construction to remodel my entire house and add a 700-square-foot room addition at the back. The results were outstanding! My home now looks larger, cleaner, and more modern. One of the standout ideas Olympia Construction suggested was the open wall concept between the kitchen and living room, complete with a large 9-foot island that has space for chairs, creating a perfect sitting area. It was a brilliant design choice that truly transformed the space. The 4” recessed lighting, all controlled by dimmers, along with the beautiful engineered oak wood flooring throughout the house, was another clever decision. I also love the new windows, doors, and deck. However, the highlight for me was the 500-square-foot master bathroom. It has gorgeous tile work on the walls, and the spacious walk-in closet is a dream. The entire Olympia team was incredibly cooperative. Anytime we wanted to add or change a detail, they were always willing to listen, offer advice, and complete the work to our satisfaction. The work area was consistently kept clean, which I greatly appreciated. Before hiring Olympia, I read glowing reviews of them online, which led me to call them for an estimate. After meeting with Ryan, the owner, I felt so confident in his expertise and clear communication that we decided not to seek estimates from any other companies. Ryan's professionalism and experience sold us on Olympia Construction, and we’re so glad we chose them. I highly recommend Olympia Construction to anyone looking for high-quality work and exceptional customer service. The team is not only skilled but also friendly and happy—it's clear that they care about their clients. Thank you, Olympia Construction, for making our dream home a reality!Posted on Google

karin cohen644 days agoI am so happy with the work that Olympia Construction did on remodeling our entire home! From the very beginning, they were punctual, polite, and incredibly patient with all our questions. They took the time to confirm every detail before starting any work. For example, when it came to the tile design in our five bathrooms, they presented different options for each, ensuring we loved the final look. Their attention to detail extended to every aspect of the project. For our electrical work, they gave us great suggestions on switch placement, sizing, and even 3-way light options. For painting, they helped us select the perfect colors to complement the space. They were also very diligent about keeping the area clean, packing up their tools at the end of each day. The kitchen came out perfectly, too! They brought cabinet designs to us, and the installation with the countertops was flawless. They also repiped the entire house to code, installed a new, efficient air conditioner, replaced all the windows and interior doors, and guided us through selecting the best products for our needs. We were especially impressed with the smooth base molding that gave the home a modern, finished look. Honestly, we almost went with another company, but my husband had a good feeling about Ryan, the homeowner, and after checking all of their reviews, we decided to give them a chance. We are SO glad we did. Our home is now beautifully modern, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend Olympia Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled company for their remodeling needs!Posted on Google

lodivico669 days agoI recently completed a master bathroom renovation with Olympia Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After interviewing several contractors, I chose Olympia Construction because of the owner, Ryan. His straightforward answers, depth of knowledge, and transparent approach set him apart. As an architect, I understand the importance of a contractor who can perform efficiently, coordinate effectively, and deliver high-quality results without unnecessary delays—and Ryan exceeded my expectations in every way. My bathroom renovation was particularly complex, as it sits on a raised foundation. I requested that the entire existing subfloor be removed, including the plywood floor, floor joists, bottom plates, and studs, to create a solid foundation for the new design. During demolition, Ryan’s team discovered wet and dry rot, as well as prior termite damage. They did an outstanding job meticulously removing all the damaged wood and rebuilding a structurally sound base. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout this critical stage. One of the standout elements of the renovation was the tile work. The precision and craftsmanship demonstrated by Ryan’s crew were nothing short of exceptional. The design was executed flawlessly, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. In addition to their technical skills, the team was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Ryan’s ability to manage the project efficiently while keeping everything on schedule and within budget was truly impressive. He delivered a stunning master bathroom that I’m proud to showcase. I wholeheartedly recommend Olympia Construction to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor. Thank you, Ryan, and the entire team for bringing my vision to life!+16Posted on Google

Flor Monroy979 days agoI am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Olympia Construction, who performed a complete renovation of my entire house. They not only replaced all the electrical wiring and air conditioning but also transformed the lighting with recessed lights. The wall finishes are smooth and beautiful, and the new flooring, both in the main areas and bathrooms, is modern and sleek. My home has undergone a remarkable transformation, all thanks to Ryan, the company's owner. He understood precisely what I envisioned for my home and guided me with the utmost precision and organization throughout the processPosted on Google
Luanne Dickey1040 days agoI am extremely pleased with the excellent quality complete 2 bathroom remodel done by Ryan & his team at Olympia Construction. I had had about 10 contractors come to my house for bids on the project. Ryan was the only contractor that noticed the squeaking floor in 1 bathroom that went unnoticed by me & other contractors. He told me "your floor needs to be fixed." I immediately liked that he had picked up on this detail that no one else had [even me the owner of the house]! His bid for my project was fair & reasonable, paperwork for the contract was very detailed and he was always honest with me, pleasant and approachable. A couple of the bids from other contractors I had had were as high for 1 bathroom as the one Ryan gave me for 2 bathrooms. My project was completed within 16 days with 2 to 3 workers per day and within the time frame that I wanted - before Thanksgiving. His workers were polite, approachable with questions, did excellent quality work with attention to detail, arrived on time and cleaned up well. Ryan & I were able to negotiate on extra work done outside the original project and communication was great - he was always available by phone or text. I definitely would highly recommend, without any reservations, Ryan and his team to others for their building and remodeling needs.Posted on Google
Sagi Ganon1092 days agoI recently had the pleasure of working with Olympia Construction for a home renovation project, I must say, it was an outstanding experience. I typically don't write reviews but in this case, it feels like a necessity. Olympia Construction is a company that truly understands the value of your home. They transformed my entire house into something truly remarkable, an investment that's worth every penny. The financial commitment involved was substantial, but I believe it was money well spent. I feel obligated to share my advice with others who are considering a similar venture - choosing wisely is crucial. In my quest for the right contractor, I conducted thorough price comparisons, and Ryan's company wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. What set them apart was Ryan's ability to articulate the importance of every step in the process, from planning to securing the necessary permits from the city. It was evident that he's well-regarded even by city officials, which instilled a sense of confidence in me. Ryan is a reliable individual, and throughout the project, I witnessed a level of professionalism that was truly commendable. Every aspect of the renovation was executed on schedule, a testament to their expertise. The bathrooms, a key focus of the renovation, received a first-rate makeover. I can hardly believe they belong to the same house that had a worn before. The combination of the crisp white paint and carefully chosen tiling is simply stunning, breathing new life into my home. Thank you, Ryan, and your entire team at Olympia Construction! Your dedication to professionalism, expertise, and reliability have truly made a lasting impression on me. My renewed home is a testament to your outstanding workmanship.Posted on Google

Ryan, the owner of the company, has been incredibly available and attentive to all my needs throughout the entire process. Thanks to Ryan's expertise, we were able to remove a wall, creating a spacious and open room that I absolutely adore! The new flooring and bathrooms are simply stunning, and every detail, from small to large, was handled with the utmost care and precision. I genuinely feel like I'm in a brand new home, without the need to pay the cost of moving to one. Anna Gabai1243 days agoI am delighted that I chose Olympia Construction to renovate my kitchen. When I approached Ryan, I had a general idea of the modern kitchen I wanted, but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted or what to choose. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the work he had done in the past, and I immediately knew that he was the right person to help me achieve the modern kitchen I desired. Ryan was an expert and beautifully translated my ideas about the kitchen. He patiently listened to what I wanted and understood the ambiance and atmosphere I wanted to create in my kitchen. Ryan also recommended using quartz for the countertops, which added a touch of modernity and stunning beauty. The process was an absolute pleasure, and I was excited to work with a team that understood and paid attention to every small detail. Throughout the process, Olympia Construction was courteous, professional, and dedicated. They kept all their promises and delivered the work accurately and on time. The quality of their work is impressive, and they were able to provide personalized answers to all my questions. In summary, I highly recommend Olympia Construction for anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. They are a skilled and attentive team that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.Posted on Google

Cy2483 days agoWith our new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryans shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should be addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience.Posted on Google
