We recently had Olympia Construction build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property in Calabasas, CA, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, they exceeded every expectation.
Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the project. They took the time to fully understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the design and functionality, and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent — we always knew exactly what was happening and when.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The ADU was built with care and precision, using high-quality materials, and everything from the framing and finishes to the electrical, plumbing, and roofing was done to the highest standard. It looks beautiful and integrates seamlessly with my existing home.
They also managed the permitting process smoothly and stayed on schedule, which is no small feat in California. I felt confident knowing they truly cared about delivering a great result.

We recently completed a full home remodel in Sherman Oaks with Olympia Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence.
From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about Ryan—he’s professional, honest, and easy to work with. That positive energy continued throughout the entire project.
This was a true full home remodel: wall removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical rewiring, insulation, and more. Everything was clearly documented upfront, and the project followed the contract exactly. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, which is something we were especially cautious about after hearing stories from friends.

We had an excellent experience with Olympia Construction on our home expansion in Woodland Hills.
They enlarged our living room and master bedroom, and the results completely transformed our home. The new living room extension with wood flooring and large windows brings in so much natural light — it feels bright, open, and incredibly comfortable. It honestly feels like we moved into a brand-new house.
The Olympia team also helped us with material selection and handled all the custom carpentry, including a TV unit, built-in bookshelf, and integrated lighting design, which turned out beautifully.
The entire project (about 500 sq ft) was completed in just 3 months, while other contractors estimated at least 5 months or more. The speed, quality, and attention to detail were impressive.
