A Complete Modern Custom Home Built Around Indoor-Outdoor Living

This Los Angeles custom home was developed as a complete modern residence with a strong connection between the interior living spaces and the surrounding outdoor areas. The design uses clean architectural lines, large expanses of glass, warm wood-toned exterior detailing, and open living areas to create a contemporary home that feels connected to its landscape.

The completed residence includes approximately 6,000 square feet of living space along with extensive outdoor areas designed for everyday living and entertaining. A central pool and surrounding deck connect the home’s living areas with the landscaped yard, while covered outdoor spaces provide additional areas for dining, relaxing, and gathering.

Inside, 10-foot ceilings enhance the home’s open, modern feel, complemented by custom cabinetry, carefully selected finishes, expansive windows, contemporary lighting, and integrated architectural details. The home is built on a concrete slab foundation, with no crawl space or attic.

What the Homeowner Says About the Project

Before even talking about him as a contractor, I have to say that Ryan is an extraordinary human being. He is someone who always stands by his word, genuinely trustworthy, and has a sense of morals and values that is so rare these days.

Our project was incredibly challenging from the very beginning, a super luxury 6,000 sq. ft. custom home and ADU with a pool building from scratch, filled with custom finishes and materials imported from Italy. It was a dream, but also complex and demanding. From start to finish, Ryan totally shined. He tackled every obstacle with patience, intelligence, and a level of dedication that is truly inspiring.

He’s not afraid to push himself, share his knowledge, and go above and beyond for the project. The way he handled every detail, from planning to execution made the whole process feel smooth and exciting, even when things were complicated.

It’s honestly so rare to find someone in construction with this combination of skill, integrity, and heart. He made our vision come to life in a way we could have never imagined, and I feel so lucky to have worked with him.

I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough, he’s the kind of person and contractor you want on any project, no matter how big, small, or challenging. By the way, we sold our house later (cause we had to move) and we broke record per sqft.
